José is based in Mozambique. His background includes the development of a wide variety of construction and industrial ventures in Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Paul began his career at BNP Paribas, Paris and subsequently worked building companies with Charles Davies in Europe and Asia before founding TR Advisors Ltd a leading Asian Private Equity Firm in 2007.

Frederik worked for Schlumberger Oilfield Services in Scotland, Venezuela and the Gulf of Mexico, USA before becoming the Chief Executive Officer of WTS Energy (formerly Worldwideworker) in 2007.
